The Twilight Vault ships physical goods with care and intention. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. The Twilight Vault has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier enquiries, but responsibility ultimately rests with the carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

The Twilight Vault is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re‑shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where appropriate, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
