Welcome to The Twilight Vault.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Twilight Vault. The Twilight Vault operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), in order to provide a curated publishing and purchasing experience.
The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to host the site, process transactions, and deliver our publications.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Twilight Vault reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible.
If an order is declined, modified, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which governs eligibility for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
You represent and warrant that purchases are made for personal or household use only, and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges, which may be applied depending on your location.
Prices displayed on the Services may differ from prices offered through third‑party platforms or retailers. Promotional offers may be governed by additional terms, which will prevail in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases. You further represent and warrant that:
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- All payment information is accurate and complete
- Charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Once physical goods are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered delivered once access or download is made available.
6. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All content made available through the Services — including text, images, graphics, layouts, product descriptions, publications, audio, video, and design elements — is owned by The Twilight Vault or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services and their contents are provided for personal, non‑commercial use only, unless expressly authorised in writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property belonging to The Twilight Vault, Shopify, or any third party, except as expressly permitted.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We do not monitor or control third‑party tools and are not responsible for their operation, availability, or content. Your use of such tools is at your own discretion and risk.
Future features or tools introduced through the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third‑party sites.
Accessing third‑party materials is done at your own risk. Any transactions, disputes, or concerns relating to third‑party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
9. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the technical platform enabling us to operate the store.
All sales and purchases are made directly between you and The Twilight Vault. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through the Services, including product quality, delivery, refunds, or disputes.
By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from transactions with The Twilight Vault.
10. Privacy and Data Handling
All personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information in order to provide and improve the platform. Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and to third‑party service providers located in other jurisdictions.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood both our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy, and that your information may be processed in accordance with those policies.
11. Feedback and Submissions
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant The Twilight Vault a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback
- Any compensation or incentives related to the Feedback have been disclosed
- The Feedback does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party
We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to submissions. We reserve the right to remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

We reserve the right to restrict, block, or terminate Agent access at any time, with or without notice.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including where we believe you have violated these Terms.
You remain responsible for all obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Privacy, and any provisions which by their nature should survive.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products made available through them are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services, the accuracy or completeness of content, or the suitability of any product for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non‑infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain disclaimers may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Twilight Vault, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers—including Shopify and its affiliates—shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Twilight Vault, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third‑party rights
- Your misuse of the Services
We reserve the right to assume control of the defence of any claim subject to indemnification, at your expense.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Twilight Vault regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
23. Headings
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
